The Asymmetric Field.
The Asymmetric Field concept has been in use for many years now. Thomas Townsend Brown discovered that an Asymmetric Capacitor would exhibit a horizontal force or displacement when subjected to a high voltage.
The cause of this displacement is widely believed to be an electrostatic imbalance or pressure.
Dr. Charles Buhler, working with NASA, has recently received a patent for a system using a similar arrangement of electrostatic surfaces for space craft propellantless propulsion.
There are many devices called "Lifters" which achieve lift through electrostatics.
The USA has, I believe, planes with electrostatic areas on the leading edge of the wings. These planes may have a very high performance enhancement. Possibly at a huge energy expense.
Alexey Chekurkov's Antigravity Device is a machine which uses electrostatics, rotating magnets, and various frequencies to achieve considerable lift.
In my view, all these devices create an asymmetrical electrostatic field around all or part of the structure. However this field may have been misinterpreted. It is more likely to be a copy of the underlying outward acting part of the field that we call our planetary magnetic field, or is a method of creating the underlying field. This field, which I call a Dynamic Gravitational Field,or DGF, is an outward acting force. This outward acting force is what is creating the asymmetry with the devices fields. The device must attempt to move to the center of its field. Hence the movement. The powerful planetary DGF is supplying the force required.
The asymmetrical capacitor's field would simply be enlarged toward one end horizontally, with symmetry vertically. The movement would be toward the enlarged end. It is possible that there would also be a vertical distortion caused by the Earth's outward field. This implies that these devices may also incur a small weight loss. I have never seen any indication that weight measurement has ever been a priority.
The lifters would be creating an asymmetry vertically, enlarged at the upper area. The lifter is restrained by connection to its power supply, but does hover.
All of these devices are very low performance compared to the power requirements.
Dr. Garry Nolan said on an interview with Ross Coulthart about UFOs, that the power required to "instantaneously accelerate" a 1 ton object from 50 feet to 14 miles high would take more energy than the total nuclear power output of the planet. Apparently this has been witnessed by reputable people and sensors. This is very rapid acceleration indeed.

It may be that the power required for this feat is supplied by our planet. The only power requirement for the craft or device is the ability to create and manipulate a Dynamic Gravitational Field. As this is an outward acting field it could also be referred to as a Dynamic Anti Gravitational Field.
The words "instantaneously accelerate" are probably not a good choice. It is better to attempt to use G Force numbers. Instantaneous would be where something disappears and immediately reappears in an entirely different location. "Rapid acceleration" may be a better way to describe what has been observed.

2 permanent magnets are pushed towards each other with like poles facing. The magnetic field of each has been distorted (or becomes asymmetrical) in a way which means the magnets are no longer in the center of their field. If released, they will accelerate towards the centre of their field. Rather than being repelled from each other, they are being attracted towards the center of their own field. This acceleration can be quite violent. In this case the magnet quickly centralizes. The DGF can never centralize, but will keep trying as long as conditions remain suitable.

The subsequent extreme acceleration seen is powered almost entirely by the planet, as the craft seeks to attain a central position within its own field.
Our Planet's field is also asymmetrical. The Planet, via its field, is operated on by both the inward and outward fields of the Sun. It is both hovering over and orbiting the Sun in a state of equilibrium.
Oumuamua is an object which has been tracked in space, and is widely thought to be of extra terrestrial origin. It was travelling at an unusually high speed for a Solar System object. However it did something very unusual. As it went away from the Sun, it accelerated to a higher velocity than attributable to a gravitational "slingshot" effect. It seems likely that this could have been a UFO. It would be using the Sun's DGF to boost its speed. It also deviated from its expected trajectory.
My thoughts on how the DGF works in conjunction normal gravity. Inward gravity diminishes with the inverse square law. This means that if you want to go somewhere very fast, you would get reasonably close to the Sun, where the Sun's gravity would strongest, aim in the direction desired, and increase the craft field extent to maximum. This would give the most asymmetrical distortion possible. This distortion would decrease exponentially as the craft gained distance from the Sun.
I made a small computer program that showed acceleration of just 1 G from earth, at about the distance to the moon the craft would be travelling at about 6 million KPH, and would achieve this in about 6 minutes. I have seen other calculations giving similar results.
G forces do not appear to apply to UFOs. Imagine using 100 G for the above example. That would mean 600 million KPH in 6 minutes.
Imagine using the push from the Sun which is 28 times greater than Earth, at 100G.
That sounds like 16,800,000,000 KPH in about 6 minutes.
The speed of light is 1,080,000,000 KPH. 16.8 billion KPH is about 15 times the speed of light. That would get you to the nearest Star 4 Light Years away in just 97 days.
There would be no fear of collision with a star or planet, as the field would act in the reverse, decelerating a craft in a controlled manner.
Because of the way celestial bodies interact with each other, it is thought by some that gravity must be instantaneous. If this is true, then there may be no upper limit to the velocity which could be obtained.
