Instantaneous Communication

Eric Dollard claims to have performed 2 experiments which are of some interest in regard to instantaneous communication.

In the first a jar with various connections is powered up, and what appears to be a small star is suspended inside.

The other experiment involves placing an old street light bulb  within the electrostatic field of a Tesla coil.  This is claimed to have created what appears to be an entire galaxy within the bulb.

"It spins, the whole thing: the stars, the nebulae, the suns, all the colors of the rainbow spinning inside a burned out streetlight, virtually powering and containing itself."

My research on the Total Solar Eclipse shows that both of these experimental results  could be valid.  These may be actual images. The "spinning" is vague. If the galaxy is an image I would expect it to appear to spin once in 24 hours as as the Earth rotates. Individual bodies I would expect to spin at their normal rate, which could be quite slow. However, the device could be only capable of capturing fast spinning objects.

SETI or Search for ExtraTerrestrial Intelligence has been trying for years to intercept signals from space, which may indicate intelligent life exists elsewhere. With no sucsess.

My thoughts are that instantaneous communication may be possible in the following manner. A machine is required which can produce a Dynamic Gravitational Field. This could be similar to what I am attempting to build and described elsewhere in these pages. Or it may be possible to create the field by rapidly switching electromagnets in rotary configurations.

This field, at night, may contain an image of the sky. This image may be able to be amplified and decoded.

I also suspect that just as we have a Schumann Resonance of about 8Hz, all the objects in space have their own resonance. This is the twinkling of the stars. This may be how to tune into a planet in a repeatable  way. It may also be the way for interstellar navigation.
